About Tina Brigitini

Tina

i’m Tina Brigitini — educator, practitioner, and author of Back to You: The Soul’s Journey Through Energy, Healing, and Higher Consciousness.

For more than 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of energy-based therapies, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.

During that time, I have taught and mentored hundreds of students while working privately with individuals navigating grief, trauma, caregiving, and major life transitions.

My work is grounded in coherence — the capacity to return to steadiness within ourselves so that clarity, discernment, and authentic leadership can emerge naturally.

Through Brigitini Energy School, I teach practitioners how to develop not only skill, but presence. Techniques matter, but the quality of awareness we bring to another human being is what ultimately creates meaningful change.

I am also the author of Back to You and the creator of practitioner workbooks and training materials used throughout my certification programs.

Whether through structured education, mentorship, or retreat work, my intention is to help practitioners cultivate steadier presence, deeper discernment, and greater integrity in their work with others.
